About the Artist
Assuming anybody's actually reading this page...I know I am not inclined to read a lot of blah about people or artists...so this is brief.
I am a shoot-from-the-hips artist and writer. I am a shoot-from-the-hip kind of person, too. I have done all kinds of things in my life from training weight lifters in a gym to medical assisting to legal secretary to paralegal...in that order. And a few odd things in between. I am a self-taught computer artist, and a member of DiFA, which is Digital Fine Artists, a group of artistic geeks that meet in Sarasota, Florida monthly and geek out. Was first an oil painter, then a writer (published short stories, magazine articles and [newly-published] novels [murder mysteries & thrillers]), then back to oil, and now computer and all of the former in this sentence.
In 2003 my husband and I moved to Ajijic, Mexico. Our small village has an impressive art community. The presence of Mexican and Indian mystical artworks is profound and I am now trying to assimilate new approaches for my own creations.
Subject matter, style and technique: eclectic
